  I would have rated this place Five Stars because I have enjoyed the food previously and the value is good but I had a bad experience with the Asian lady who took my takeaway order on the phone on Sunday 16th July 2017. Her command of the English language was poor so she inevitably got my order mixed up as she gave my partner a medium to hot meal when I had requested it to be mild and gave me the mild meal instead. When I rang her back to tell her what she did, she told me that I had told her that I had wanted that meal to be medium to hot spicy. I told her she had misunderstood but she never admitted that she had got it wrong or apologised. To my horror she hung up on me! I rang back shortly afterwards and asked her if she had hung up on me. She apologised and said she was busy. I explained the situation to her and I was amazed that she still insisted that I had told her my partner had wanted a medium to hot meal. There was no way that I would have told her that as he hates spicy food. She asked if she could ring me back in half an hour. I agreed but incredibly she did NOT ring me back!
  
  There is no way a person with very limited English should be on the phone taking orders as there is no doubt that they will make mistakes, as my order taker proved. My partner was that unimpressed that he vowed to never eat from that restaurant again.

  Great food, reasonable price. Friendly service. Only small minus is that this used to be fully vegetarian but, now also serve meat. Still lots of vegetarian options and more varieties than most Indian restaurants
