  Don't go here if you don't want to be publicly chastised for crimes you've never committed. Last night around 8:20pm we entered the store as my girlfriend was looking for a bathroom and I was going to get some snacks. There was a man using the ATM right next to the bathroom door which made my girlfriend uncomfortable, at which point we had a brief discussion during which we decided to look for a bathroom in the nearby pub instead. We started to walk towards the door in order to leave, this was apparently a mistake?
  
  It's a perfectly legal and common practice to leave a store after deciding not to buy anything but the man behind the counter seemed to think otherwise and decided to raise his voice, publicly chastising us for leaving. I can only assume he thought we were shoplifting which I find to be extremely insulting.
  
  Just as we were about to exit the door we hear a yell from the front counter, "Excuse me, can I help you guys?" In just about the rudest, most sarcastic and disrespectful tone I reckon the cashier was capable of. This cashier had stopped serving the customer right in front of him to yell at us for the crime of leaving. Confused, we both stopped, turned around, and asked, "Pardon?" At which point the cashier in an even more accusatory and sarcastic tone loudly asked if he could help us with anything. At this point everybody in the store was looking at us as if we were criminals, they only had the cashier's word to go by. Confused, we politely responded with no, and it was at this point we just stood there by the door until the weird cashier dismissed us with a grunt and went back to serving customers. No apology or acknowledgement of his mistake.
  
  I sincerely hope that the cashier checked the CCTV after we left only to discover that we never got anywhere near any of the shelves during our visit. I'd like to think he felt remorse for acting like a weird little boy, but given his lack of apology and self awareness I wouldn't give him the benefit of the doubt.
  
  I give my congratulations to the Ampol Foodary hiring team for an excellent pick. If this weirdo treats everybody like criminals he's bound to catch one one day through process of elimination.

  As frustrating as night window service at petrol stations normal are, Abhi is always extremely helpful with my decision making on chocolate late at night. He’s very assertive with keeping himself and customers safe seeing him handle difficult customers in the late/early hours of the morning. It’s becoming more and more rare to see employees in customer service working night shifts to maintain such a happy positive attitude. Keep up the good work!

  One of the worst customer service in whole adelaide. In night shift nobody behind counter and took ages that he came from back. This man does not have manners at all. Customer service skills are zero . Does not even reply my greetings and with a bad tune asked me what do you want?! Shocking...
  If you did not have a good day, don't pass it to your customers or don't come to work. I won't come back here.

  No sugar for coffee since last 5 days. Was told by manager yesterday that it will be there today till then use equal sweetner. Went for coffee in morning and again same story, no sugar. Foodworks store is next door, is it that hard to get a bag of sugar to keep the ball rolling??

  Ridiculous Experience ..from front desk person name ZAK.. on 24 June
  I bought 2L pura milk at around 21:30 on 24 June with full price $5.95 .when I came home I surprised to check expiry date and it's same day on 24 June and only two n half left to expire.
  When I went back and ask ZAK to refund
  The reply I got is shocking he said very rudely
  "YOU GOT YOUR EYES" in roidiculous tone
  
  First thing I believe they can't sale same day expire milk in full price
  
  Second the way ZAK reply he should not be on front desk with this attitude towards customer
